  • I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to gain a better understanding of Google Analytics. I love the online format and the 4-week sequence is perfect. It gives you the opportunity to really absorb the information and put it into practice. I feel like I’ve retained more by having it spread out over 4 weeks as opposed to a 1- or 2-day course.

  • I would highly recommend this course. I have already spread the awesome news about this class to my coworkers. I would tell any colleague that this was a perfect learning experience. This class allows you to work around your busy schedule and accomplish tasks and assignments in a realistic amount of time. Plus, the feedback and resources shared by the instructor were so helpful!

  • The conference was interesting, very informational and did not lag (the breaks were well-placed). I learned a lot about how other institutions handle the same difficulties, making my team and I feel better about where we are and what we’ve done in the social media arena.

  • It was great that we used real life, applicable scenarios and learnings instead of detached theory that we’d never get to apply in our jobs. By the third week I was applying my learnings in my job, and by the end of the course I had a full suite of tools and knowledge that I can use to make social media better at my institution.
