I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has a passion for Higher Ed Marketing. The insights, structure and collaborative nature of the class made it a high impact experience that will surely elevate the quality of my social strategy and practices as I move forward in the field.
By listening to a variety of sessions, I was able to identify what I already know, as well as what I need to explore further.
I felt lost justifying the use of social media to myself and my office. This class provided a lot more clarity around how to measure the impact of social media and communicate this to my office. The coursework was helpful. The conversation with other colleagues in the class was also useful as I thought of ways to develop my own social media content and measure its effectiveness.
