Final Project: Sharing Data, Insights and Recommendations
From the definition of objective(s) and the identification of KPIs to the production of data insights and recommended actions: website measurement is an iterative process.
You are going to complete the first round of this analytics cycle by creating a Google Analytics or a Google Data Studio Dashboard to share the relevant data, insights and recommendations pertaining to the objective(s) you identified at the beginning of this course.
This final project counts for 30% of your final grade and this assignment rubric (pdf) will be used to grade it.
Reviewing this week’s short video lessons and exploring the different data sharing techniques, your answers to this week’s brainstorming discussion and the feedback you received, share your final analytics dashboard using Google Analytics or Google Data Studio along with insights and recommendations for your instructor to assess.
Your 1- to 2-page final project should include the following components:
- A title or write-up to state the objective(s) you set to measure
- The timeframe for the presented data
- The intended audience of the document/file
- The relevant data showing progress or completion for your KPIs/conversions (screenshot of your dashboard or a link to a public version)
- At least one insight for each KPI/conversion
- At least one recommendation pertaining to each objective
