Joshua Ellis, Director of CRM and Web Services at Penn State University
Joshua is Director of CRM and Web Services for Penn State Outreach Marketing and Communications. He is part of the team that handles the implementation and integration of CRM-related systems, and the technical elements for many of Outreach’s interactive marketing efforts. This includes custom programming, e-mail marketing, and analytics support for Penn State’s World Campus.
His mission in life is to build and maintain systems that enable Penn State to create great customer experiences… and then measure the results.
Along with co-worker Shelby Thayer, Joshua has previously presented on Web analytics for Higher Ed Experts, the Penn State Web conference, and HighEdWeb.
