Robert Blizzard, Coordinator of Web Design and Analysis - University of Saskatchewan

Robert has long championed the use of user research and metrics in the design and redesign of web experiences. He currently manages the student focused websites of the University of Saskatchewan through a distributed content management structure. On the academic side, he is currently completing a Masters thesis exploring the use of service design practices in higher education.
