Nicole Carlone Losi, Director of Digital Content, Kent State University

Nicole Carlone Losi is Kent State University’s Director of Digital Content. She manages the university’s social media content and strategy. In addition, she manages Kent State’s internal social media community, the social media team within University Communications and Marketing and serves as the founder and chair of the university’s Social Media Action Committee. Prior to Kent State, she served as the Digital Media and Communications Manager of Hospice of the Western Reserve, where she developed and managed the agency’s social media and blog strategy, website, email marketing and SEO efforts. She is a Baldwin Wallace University alumna with a degree in public relations and a double minor in marketing and management.
