David Morton, Website Manager, Elon University.
David Morton is the website manager at Elon University in Elon, N.C. He manages the overall look and feel of the institution’s web site, as well as e-mail marketing and other web projects. Prior to becoming the web site manager, David spent five years as Elon’s Apple Systems engineer.
Before joining Elon’s staff in 2000, David was a systems engineer for K-12 Apple Computer sales agents. His territory included all the school systems in North and South Carolina.
David has received the 2000 Apple Computer Impact Award; the 1999 Apple Computer Outstanding Engineer Performance award; 2006 CASE Award of Merit for World Wide Web Home Page Design & Implementation; 2006 CASE Award of Merit for Internal Communications Programs; and 2007 CASE Special Merit Award for World Wide Web Home Page Design and Implementation.
