The conference was a convenient way for me to share a social media-focused conference with my institution’s social media team and hit on enough topics to touch on most of their areas. It will also provide the attendees and shared experience to refer to in future conversations.

I highly recommend this class. It has opened my eyes and inspired me to take a whole new approach to my institution’s social media efforts. I have already seen measured” improvement in the College’s campaigns.

I was able to take what I was learning from the course and immediately apply it to scenarios in our Institute. It gave me fuel to argue for goal-setting, campaign-tracking, implementing event-tracking and making other needed changes. It gave me other valuable insights into our websites which I hope to apply.
