It’s great to hear about content strategy and tactics from other higher ed institutions. I recommend this course to anyone interested in learning how to use social media to enhance your school’s reputation and build relationships with your stakeholders. Whether you’re a one-person shop (like me) or part of a marketing communications department, this course will give you the knowledge and skills to take your social media activities to the next level. I gained practical skills and developed a broader appreciation of how to use social media ethically and strategically to strengthen our school’s marketing and communications campaigns.
The 2016 Higher Ed Analytics Conference provided me with useful tools that I can use in my work. All of the presenters were well-prepared and experts in their field. A valuable experience for me.
