The Higher Ed Experts conference is a great way to learn from professional peers who face the same daily challenges that you do. I always learn a great deal from this conference.

I have already registered two of our staff to take this course.I think the results will be invaluable to our team. From a management perspective, I may not be the one technically setting up the GA goals and segmentations and KPIs; but through this course I have certainly learned what questions to ask of my team and how we might work together to develop goals, segmentations and KPIs. Without my understanding of these things I wouldn’t be able to fully engage my team in measuring our success with our marketing efforts and in finding solutions to SEO.

I recommend this course for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of social media marketing. I saw almost immediate results as I implemented ideas from the course and from my course mates into my work!
