  • The Web Writing in Higher Education course was incredibly helpful in improving my skills as a higher ed communications professional. The format allowed for varied learning styles through video, text and hands-on instruction. The assignments were challenging but so beneficial, and nearly every assignment I’m actually hoping to use word for word (well, as close as I can get to it) as we move forward with redesigning our website. I can’t say enough great things about this course. Oh, and make sure you read the entire textbook, cover to cover. It’s amazing.

  • I have already registered two of our staff to take this course.I think the results will be invaluable to our team. From a management perspective, I may not be the one technically setting up the GA goals and segmentations and KPIs; but through this course I have certainly learned what questions to ask of my team and how we might work together to develop goals, segmentations and KPIs. Without my understanding of these things I wouldn’t be able to fully engage my team in measuring our success with our marketing efforts and in finding solutions to SEO.
