I would wholeheartedly recommend the Web Analytics for Higher Ed course. I knew bits and pieces of Google Analytics prior to taking the course, but the course really helped me connect all of those things (and taught me quite a few additional things about GA). I will definitely be able to apply this newfound knowledge directly to our institution’s website strategy.
