Overall, the conference was good. It’s valuable to hear that other institutions are faced with the same challenges and learning the ways they are trying to address them.

We learned from the formal steps others are taking. These seem really valuable.

This was unique and very informative opportunity to hear what my peers at other universities are thinking and doing in this arena. I learned a few new things, and validated many of our thoughts and ideas here about social media and higher ed.

The SEO course is very thorough and has moved me toward having a better understanding of this complicated, ever-changing topic. I feel confident enough to apply SEO principles to my site, that will make an impact on our success as an institution.
