It was great that we used real life, applicable scenarios and learnings instead of detached theory that we’d never get to apply in our jobs. By the third week I was applying my learnings in my job, and by the end of the course I had a full suite of tools and knowledge that I can use to make social media better at my institution.
This course completely changed the way I think about marketing. I was startled to discover how much opportunity I have to improve the way I do my job, and relieved that I was being given the right tools and techniques to address the gaps in my strategy that the course was opening my eyes to.
This course was a good amount of work but it will spark your interest in social ROI even if this is your first experience with diving deeper into insights and analytics. I highly recommend this course for anyone who feels like they are just pushing social content out all day/week and not sure how to determine if any of it is worth your time and effort. Interacting with others who work in similar roles was really great.
