This was a very helpful webinar. Very convenient — no expensive travel and I could combine the event with work assignments — and lots of good info. Some presenters were better prepared than others but all offered solid info. Excellent to have the PowerPoint presentations in advance to get a sense of the material. I would highly recommend it.

The 4-week course ‘Web Analytics for Higher Ed’ taught me the basics of setting up KPIs, tracking codes, goals, funnels, campaigns, segments and dashboards. As a marketing executive, it was an excellent format to fit into my busy schedule and to exchange ideas with colleagues.

By listening to a variety of sessions, I was able to identify what I already know, as well as what I need to explore further.

I really enjoyed the quick, 10-minute sessions on a wide variety of topics. It was perfectly suited for a conference on social media.
