  • I would describe the conference as exciting, enlightening, challenging and very informative. The speakers encouraged me to be creative with my thinking about social media and how I can best use social media platforms to build the brand of my programme online and recruit new students.

  • This course exceeded my expectations. So many of the modules were perfectly in tune with projects or challenges I was facing at work! I attended two higher ed conferences while taking the course, and the class material complemented and supported what I was hearing from other experts in the field. With the knowledge base and ideas I developed during this course, I am ready to lead the social media team at my institution in the transition toward using social media to influence behaviors and support business goals.

  • Overall this was a great conference to attend with social media collaborators on my campus. I left with a list of small and big ideas to implement and explore, both within my own unit and in collaboration with others.

  • This class really developed my understanding of google analytics and the depth and breath of information that is available with the google analytics software. I would definitely recommend this class to my colleagues.
