This was a thorough program. All aspects of social media, from a university standpoint, were covered.

We found this format extremely useful for 4 staff members with varying job functions. It was quick, relevant, engaging, and fun and interactive, too.

“Attending” this event and being able to invite others to participate is a highlight of my academic year. It is not only personally helpful, but it also goes a long way to helping legitimize many of the efforts our department suggested or worked to implement in marketing communications at our institution.

You can learn a lot of concepts about web and social media writing in a short amount of time, and homework is pretty challenging.
