The HEA16 provided useful knowledge about what other institutions are doing currently in their web analytics and social media measurement. At times, it could’ve been helpful to dive deeper into certain topics, but the short format gave us a chance to get a wide breadth of information.
The Higher Ed Social Media Conference provided great information on a wide variety of topics related to social media. I am excited to further research some of the tools that the presenters shared with us!
